go on a ts server, and dont annoy people in public matches

- Updated to new game version 1.5.388
- Disabled drop of scope and shotgun (+ Option to disable this feature in pub mode)
- Added option to disable the perks in the plugin
- Added planting sound

Hey is it possible to remove walk sound when zoomed client side ?
as when zoomed you still hear walk sound of own feet, so you cant hear enemy foot steps
this has worked in cod4 promod .
