Even still,you'l' have like 5 working dvars max.

You'll be able to change your FOV and that's about it... Everything is locked.

I'm sure NTA would find a way to unlock them, after all, all variables are defined in one way or another.

It's not hard to just unprotect them. If I recall the console already allows you to set dvars. All he has to do is create new flags and override the checks.
