Only if the OP enables it.

2 Reasons, 1 being that an "addon-type program" isn't very specific, it could be something fun like the first person "mod" for dead ops which I wouldn't mind, or it could be something shitty like giving everyone 99999 points, enabling god mode for everyone, permanent instant kill etc.

The 2nd reason is that I want to choose when I want to play a mod, and not have it forced down my throat because some 12 year old thought it would be funny.

First reason is invalid. Why you think addon is only for that jesus grow up...

Thanks Barata...
Don't worry if things aren't the way you planned, in the end everything will solve itself...

That would sadly be the case, Yes, But as you may remember the addon on MW3 (if you don't, check it out) there were lots of game improving plugins/mods so no, It wouldn't be stupid stuff like 99999 godmode and 9999 speed and that stuff. Can't stand that neither because that just fucks up the entire game logic.
The dead ops mod is a good example, We could think of all sorts of cool stuff like we've always done.
But yea, The thing with this would be that people would be playing with mods even if they didn't want to.
@barata had a warning telling people that they were in a modded lobby and that they had to leave if they didn't want to play in one.
I think this is a good idea, It shouldn't be possible to disable this message neither

The modding community is not that big. And even if you join a game like that, you can leave in just a second. But I agree that it's irritating sometimes.
