Until someone provides a source where Treyarch says it's not region locked I wouldn't buy a Russian key.

You make a fair point. Can you get me one too? If I can still play privates with non-russians and the game is in English then the restrictions don't make a difference to me.

The Steam platform is the same for all region and everybody can play from everywhere, this is named "Steam cloud".....
steam won't do language check

"Sorry sir, your ping is to high" can be a restriction?

i will report back and will offer a few keys
about the restriction, they could do they same as the devs made for skyrim in example which was avoidable by using a russian vpn
