The only difference betwen .acf file is:

"203008" "4256102262159815080" (russian)

"203001" "7108479136781499775" (english)

Also "lastupdate" value is different but irilevant.
I will try to change "203008" to "203001" and see wath will be and if need change some other value like in appmanifest_202970 and for appmanifest_212910 ( zombie ).
