Yes, my Server runs without Plugins.
Its uncomfortable but ok. There is only a one Problem. if i ban per "Rcon banclient" it will not work all times. Some People can join again !
I think my Server is really buggy or he cant like me

I'm Starting to work on Unreal Engine and Preparing Myself for Black Ops II , So This Might Be the last Update Of God Plugin.
I've Improved The !nextmap command , Added !kill function, and now , you can have your own Dspl file names.

I test it . server Just load some DSR file . for ONF Mod Just Reaction by : !getzom .
But I Want I can Load Any DSR file
can I do IT ??
you'll have to make a .dspl file with your desired dsr file.
