I got no idea, Timing.cs worked for me. Could be something to do with the hook. Try commenting out this line:
HookGameScriptNotifyHandler();
See what happens. Also, what code are you using to test Timing.cs?
Also, I do notice that the server crashes once in a while too. It's probably again because of the hook, and I can't do much about it unless I create the hook in C++.
