its prohibited to reup the loader to any other source

No, that isn't wrong. I'm from Poland, and I have to pay for these surveys about 10 PLN~ 3 EUROS. Is that what u wanted to do? Now, most of us have to pay for it. And we can't use older versions as well. Is this fair?
