Thanks to the hard effort by Treyarch we may not enjoy modding on dedicated servers right now.
Apparently we once again got Trollarch'd.

We will let you know when it's done.

There are rumors that they decided to include Radiant last minute and they didn't prepare that for release so they delayed it to get Radiant ready. No idea if this is true.
