Yes, Infinity ward messed something up in the latest MW3 update. Can't even ban trough the in-game console.

Is the any ability to see actually banned people? And maybe an unban-function?
And where i can set the time of an !tmpban

You can remove players from the banfile located @ main/permanent.ban

But there is no way you can set the tempban time in the plugin, it only can be set trough the config file

What do you mean, they are not working?
When you want that normal players can use the !pm command, you have to add this:

//Add commands everyone can use
User_commands=!pm

- and restart the server, thats important,
