Ok. After installing the patch, I found that Ascension is giving an entirely different error.

"Could not load image "zombie_floodacc_n".

Something's missing.

At everyone who suddenly gets this script compile error (nobody responded yet): DO YOU ACTUALLY OWN THE GAME?

Yes.

I reinstalled DLC, and "Server script compile error" came back.

But when I installed the patch, "could not load image "zombie_floodacc_n"" shows up.

restart steam and dont hit the bindkey too early, wait till the game loaded all files

Just as I suspected. Didn't work.

Your problem isn't coming from anything you downloaded here. I used Google and found your answer in 4 seconds, it's a common problem a lot of people are having after downloading the DLC. Download the update for Multiplayer too, this should fix your problem. If not, delete the game and all local content and do a fresh install, this will solve everything.

the mp maps work perfectly
but I can't play the Ascension map..neither mp nor solo..
it keeps saying "you do not have this maps. you have to download them blabla"

the mp maps are working, that means I put the files into the right folder...

Try to run the game and then run the Optimizer as Administrator.

Just wondering one thing. When playing on ranked server is it enough to just not start the optimizer or do i have to move/delete all the folders/files i added?
Really wanna try the new maps but dont want to risk a ban

close the multiplayer and restart steam. then you can play legit again
