download itsmodsloader
download that mod
unpack it to archive called mods
launch itsmodsloader then blops and play

New version.
Changed hud, re-enabled some waw war features and added as gametype.
You can choose war gametype in match settings or by typing g_gametype twar in console.

Installation:
Put archive in game_folder\mods and unpack here. File struct shoud be like game_folder\mods\mp_War_1.9\mod.ff

Tested it only with bots, please report bugs.
