do you have it in your steam library or not?
according to your screenshot it looks like that you dont own black ops...

Are we sure we're not confusing black ops with MW3 for some reason in this thread?

Problem solved,it appears that i did not activate my key when i registered on steam :-(, ive done that now and have managed to download mod tools beta.
Is there a beginners guide on how to use the mod tools? i also downloaded the remote console from steam not sure what this does though??
Anyone know how to use the console commands ingame? i tried the console in CT for extra xp and it worked i used the command from tutorial Release Easy XP Modifier + Prestige in CT, can someone advise how to use this console for weapons? giving myself other weaps and perks say from solo play mode?

To get weapons you'll type this in console

/devmap mapname

That'll load a map and allow you to do more(though only if you have a mod loaded I think). After that you can get a weapon by typing in console:

/give weaponname
