I bought from this site the Black Ops key code, that worked fine. But now i also bought the Black Ops 2 key code. but it says that the product code is invalid. Must i use a VPN?

After I purchased the game there they wanted me to give them their phone number, I did not knew this had was gonna happen, but yea, I already paid.
I gave my phone number and they texted it and all went well.
Just when I thought I was gonna receive the game, They wanted me to send them my ID card..
I was like, Well, that's not gonna happen - I think only the government can ask for such a document, So I doubt if it's even legal to ask for such documents.
So I requested a refund.
After a lot of trouble and ~55 hours later I got 40 dollars of the 50 dollar back and still no game.
They also operate under http://www.margaritasunhouse.com/ (and you pay to this company) which is really weird and confusing.
They're not a total scam but I still didn't like the way they handled things.
They're telling me to keep the prizes so low they need to verify my identity but the game was freakin 50 dollar, which isn't that cheap for a key store.

i think i got mw3 from there with no hassle , may just be hit & miss
