do you run 1.3 with MapEdit.dll version 1.3?
if you use MapEdit.dll 1.4 do i recommend you to use 1.3!
be cause 1.4 is alittle bit buggy and 1.3 works perfect!
When you restart map should not the boxes be viewes until you restart the server! 1.3 create an file, if you just change map can't the file load, thats why you need to restart the server so it can read the file!
