The whole game is russian but you can download english localization to change it to english.

Great initiative of itsmods and the keys are cheaper then every other shop !

That request could not even work, because the US version got released 3 hours after you requested it.

Of course the UK version exists (AU as well I guess) for some hours more but I don't own it.
