i load the itsmods, sign in and its working. When I start a private match, i pressed insert but i cant choose my mods. any help please??

I will be happy if the new patch is a back in time, and maybe we will have a full itsmoloader! #hope

yes black ops patch changed a few offsets. Please be patient and wait till nova is back from his holidays.
