placable objects for infected

is it possible to make a plugin that will allow your to place objects like fences, boxes, stairs, etc etc for infected..??? it would be really fun if you could like place boxes to block infected, and fences to slow them down... it would be like a real opocalyple..

dont know if its possible, but i remember in mw2 your could do crazy things like place a big stairway. walking ac130. 100x care package drops..
or maybe at least someone can make placable care packages??

mw2 has modtools mw3 doesnt.

there was some testing going on with objects but i believe that stopped after IW started trolling us with their patches
