Idk, my maps used to load ~3 minutes, now they load ~1 minute

lol in my case the first time when I play bf3 a map loads 1 min. Then is loading like 10 seconds

no no no, dont hate around.
even if i smiled when he showed his file structure being in russian i have to admit that its pretty good explained cause the menu structure stays the same in every language.
it might be hard in the first place but if you look closer everyone should be able to find the right menu settings just by watching the video carefully.

For some reason b2k maps load in <5 sec and old maps take like 30..
