Try reinstalling the cod plugin via modtools launcher.

I get an error with converting:

To fix that do save as before compiling, fixes it

You cant export animations off the game, but you can export them from maya, btw can you send me normal deseart eagle Big Grin

? and I will tell you how to get your working animtions for you deagle fast, easy, working ones
