If you read the instruction carefully you won't get banned. Also not possible to change weapon xp.

Cuz I don't play any pc games anymore, I'm saying this:

3 weeks ago while I was studying MW3's unpacked .ff files, I just saw an interesting dvar which was "sv_forceranked" or something like that (I can't remember the exact name).

You can easily find that dvar yourself in .gsc files of MW3. so (no offense but I can't test this myself) if this tool truly unlocks dvar access, you can make your server ranked with that! just sayin'

running as root under any other operating system like Ubuntu, it
only under debian 5.6 winetricks is buggy since it does not work
