Are there even public tools to load custom GSc's in SP?

I use agentgod1337's modloader, but you can put the files in the "raw" folder (create one if you don't have it) and simply turn on the developer mode (set "developer" to 1 in the dev console/cfg) and it will run the custom .GSC's.

Release the modloader, few people have it.
