When it says start blackops, i start it wait till its loaded then it says BlackopsMP.exe has stopped working?

Try starting Black Ops and then the loader.

10-20 more downloads and I will remove the surveys (temporarily; depending on the Google AdSense income for the next month).

Also @AZUMIKKEL: If you have any wonderful ideas on how to make it better, I can implement it. The entire D3D headers are added anyways so adding complete custom graphics and animations into the menu shouldn't be a problem.
