ugh... i have already unpacked this to clear folder, but when i click Ok button it says "File nvdxt.exe not found, make sure it is in the same folder as this program"

With this tool you can can change your Modern Warfare 3 background easily:

My IW5M / MW3 is a version jack sparrow unregistered version if you know what I mean, and therefore need a version with Support for pirated copies.
