these are official full genuine legal steam keys from an official russian distributor

why are the games cheaper? the overall monthly income in GUS Countries is at ~400$
obviously as you can see they need to lower the price.

by the way, (no offend) but I heard from a friend of mine that VPN is illegal. correct me if i m not right. i dont say it is but its more like a question. Is that illegal?
