Help bunkers,tex, glusses and Flags teleport

I would like to learn how to build bunkers! and that the text had been on the screen of plugin and game points sludge source shop system type of infection! and will tell me more how to do teleport flag where to put the file. flag? in a folder with a teleport? who can speak Russian in Russian! Talk with @SailorMoon he's Russian and he's working on a zombie mod at the moment so ask him.
