How can I make them or just tell me how can I edit the info of an existing medal. (For example I want it to write Dooooooouble kill instad of double kill.)

I think you are going to need the medalTable.csv for that but that one isn't included in the mod tools.

or medalTable.csv - with editing STRINGS
