I was just wondering if there was any way to create a program or something that allows you to change the phrase in mw3 titles like cod elite does with elite titles on xbox.

P.S: you guys do an amazing job keep it up Heart

I thought it was a cool idea and you probably have already thought about it. I just wanted to know
