Custom greetings set by player?

I was just woundering if its possible to make a !setwelcome plugin.? basicly to set custom greetings set by the player? or even the possibility to set a Custom welcome for per player in cfg? so when a player joins it displays there set message.
Example "Welcome Admin MarioMadness to [YMB] Add to favorites" "Fear the Madness"

I already have the basic welcome message... ( its the "Welcome <rank> ^2<playername> to You Mad Bro? Add to >>FAVOURITES<<" but I want to be able to set it for one admin group, and Custom greetings for people.. so When I join I have a custom greeting that no one eles has... and people can just set by a command for them self's

I feel like that would kind of be useless and take up a lot of server space? lol but I know it is able to be done

that would be awesome if it could be done
 the only people to use it would be the regulars, and admins... Then we can alert people that admin's are on with different messages in different colours even! players (that used command) would have their unique message for when they join ( Maybe replacing default welcome message? )and default being the normal welcome message... If you get the idea  I think it could be a great welcome plugin!
