Lol, you noobs I own a GTX580 and run on DX11 1920x1080 everything on highest.
It's just a fail texture.

Tinypic may have resized the picture. I didn't want to start a discussion, of course the rest of the game looks very nice I just found it funny that this texture looks like a 2D texture from nintendo64

Lots of textures are fail. I play with everything on Ultra as well and trees (from close) and some elements in the vehicle cockpits look like shit.
