That news post is from March. It says "there will be 50 ranks", in the trailer we saw 55 ranks. I think we can confirm that as fake.

(the guy with rank 55 in the trailer didn't have a prestige sign, btw)

It also says "no aim assist for sniper rifle" but I'm pretty sure David Vonderhaar has stated that only the first sec of zooming in with the scope won't have aim assist to disencourage quick scoping.
