You go into asset manager and File -> Open.. -> Search Winchester.gdt -> Open ->click on "Bulletweapon" -> winchester -> scroll down to "XModels" -> And write this "t5_weapon_model_1887_world" into View Gun 1 then press f10 to convert

woot ! thats ty so much ! now i know something new, it seems a bit pixeled,but its ok. now im tryng to work on the reload animation: is there a way we can "steal" the anim from the motorcycle scene in sp, and use it for mp?

Well yes, but you would probably need programs like 3d ripper wich I doubt takes the animations, and you get a risk of getting banned (count as a hack on steam)
so you should probably make your own

when i start a game, if i use other wepons there is no problem, but when try to get the m1887 i get this error:
"cg_register weapon:camera anim [viewmodel_winchester_sprint_loop] can only have a tag_camera bone"
what is it? i simply changed all the previous animation in asset managare, that were stolen from the spas 12, and replaced them. any suggestion?
edit:
in asset manager, opened vorkuta_shotugn_motorcycle_sp,under "camera xanims" the "sprint loop cam" was empty and i replaced it whit viewmodel_winchester_sprint_loop. but maybe i need a file which has "t5" at the begining of the name?

Hum I cant see the error image, but there is also winchester idle anim without loop I think so try using those and dont change the camera stuff
(copy paste the spas12 entry,rename it and edit anim and xmodel after do the tweaks for the weapon, like fx,etc)

i resovled that error: ty for help. anyway, i want to make this shottie work decently, and i swear i will try everything!
you sayd you made your m1887:
-what model did you use? i tryed t5_weapon_model1887_world , its nice, but the t5_weapon_model1887_view would be better, the only problem is that there are two catridges coming up from it in the middle of air o.o
-can i modify something trough asset manager to make the hands touch the shottie?
-actually there is no sound, and i didnt find the m1887's in any folder? how can i fix this?
-now its firing mode is semiauto,like spas: how can i change it into a pump action, and /or make it use the lever action reloading?

no you cant and you need to use the world model, and model 1887 is semi auto, execpt it has rechamber after every shots (you would need custom anim bc its not there)
