It has shitty animations and it's too big, but I like the result

Okay, get this model from mw2 FFs, move it in Maya, then get mw2 asset manager somewhere, compile this model and make mw2 load it.
cg_gun_X is good solution, but you will not see hands.

But in black ops you don't see the hands very much on the death machine.
