Here a easy Tutorial how to Fake your Name in Black Ops 2

1. Start Black Ops II and click Online.
2. Change any Steamname.
3. Go back to the Mainscreen.
4. Change your Steamname in "^^B^" (Without ").
5. Now your Name in the Lobbyscreen is different than your Name in the Game.
6. Have Fun, it's harder to report you, if you cheat.

Indeed this is old. I found this a week or so ago

well then just right click their name
