Ok so my problem is, people can join, if they have the server in favorites, but the wierd thing is... To add it to your favorites, you need to see it in the "INTERNET" server list.

So thats my problem, friends can join, but its not able to see in the server "INTERNET" list.

EDIT :
My ports are open, when I check it with the portforward.com checker, BUT, my router is NOT pingable.
I think its the problem that its not pingable.
And on www.canyouseeme.org it says connection refused.

Please give me some advice,

and disable firewall and antivirus, also opens ports from the router

But thanks for reaction, my ports are open UTP and UDP. And my firewall is off.

I had the same problem with my server and never fig out what it was i reinstalled many times and checked all the setting i finally changed hosts and now every thing works just fine with all the same setting so maybe its ur host

It should have worked ONCE.
Because people added it in favorites, but I don't know what happend after changing host pc!

its a local server right? well then the answer for you is joining with LAN, and if you use the same computer to host the server as you use to play the game you cant join in any other way then LAN.

I will explain very good now:
I have an host pc, and a game pc.
The server is on mode dedicated (as you can see in the config)
BUT...
I can join on lan.
Other people can join because they added in ONCE infavorites (So it was for a few days on my other NORMAL laptop (not game pc) possible to see it in the list)
So.. I put server on, I ask a friend to look in the "INTERNET" server list, and he can't find it there.
He can find it in favorites, and then he joins.

So I look in LAN server list, I can find it.
But I can't find it either on the "INTERNET" server list...

Well I'm gonna go to my granddad, try portforwarding there, and then see if its on the server list, and if it is, I'm gonna call KPN then :p
