Hello.

Sunday my steam account got hacked. for the second time in a year.
I made a support ticket at Steam that sunday.
Now (Tuesday) I still got no reply.

On the first time I got hjacked I had in 24 hours my account back.

Is there any solution how I can get my account back?

Hack it back?

Then he hacked it 2 email adress succesfully changed auto message. n My hotmail account.

I got hacked after downloading some tools from this website.
My mate got it to after downloading from itsmods.com

Scan your pc for virusses + use a strong password that you don't use for other services. And don't forget to use steamguard like @d0h said.

As for getting it back, provide solid proof the account is yours, for example scanned CD keys with your steam name written on it.

ye I didnt use any anti virus. and this is the 2e time so i know what to do thanks

1. Use a strong password, and different passwords for each account. If you can't remember all of those passwords, Use a password manager
2. Don't blame us - the people you are asking for help - for stealing it. I've never added anything malicious to my tools and neither do any other coders.
3. Don't give your passwords away, not even to your 'friends'
4. What tools did you download from here?
5. NEVER EVER use the same password for your email and steam.

use a sandbox/vm and you wont (cannot) get infected in the future
