try changing flags=3 to flags=4

if your having trouble using the new format, which i personally can't get to work, here is the one i currently use.

[TELEPORTER]
flags=1
flag1=mp_paris,(1114_-831_-15),(1562_-1320_572)
flag2=etc etc

All the version are on first post you don't need to upload them

Convert=false
//True or false will convert older type entries into ones that are compatible with newer plugin

flag1=mp_alpha,(240.2883_352.8096_490.125),(-2367.655_1847.188_136.125)

Keeps saying: "No flags found" in the dedicatedserver app. What to do?

Is it 1.6? If yes, there is a completely new format but for an easy fix just change Convert to true if no,

It should be flag1 from what I remember but that's obsolete
