Have fun with that, and don't think that opening with .NET Reflector is going to do anything, it's compiled in C++/CLI and the .NET component does not invoke or trigger any of the events nor hook the functions in the server.

So what if you can open it in IDA? It doesn't mean you have the knowledge to interpret the information (even the C output) into a working addon that's cross-compatible with legacy plugins. I'm pretty sure a lot of people won't be happy about redoing their plugins to support this 'new one'.
