It does not work on mine either...
still tells me Server full.
Edit: is it cause I used the Full XUID? do I only need the uid without the 011000?
worked a few days ago for me but, stopped working.

Not working.
I had my son on another computer in my full server and I attempted to join and he was kicked and received a kicked for reserved slot message and I received a server is full message.
Server has latest version of Nukem mod and was only running the reserved slot plugin at the time of this operational check.

well, for me now, it actually does work. server full, i try to join then get a server full message, but infact it does kick someone then i am able to reconnect again straight away.

That is the problem. I you had read my post above, I describe the same thing however, the plugin is designed to remove a person straight away from the server and not give you the server full message but allow you to rejoin on one attempt only not two or more!
So no, the plugin is not working as designed.
