the only possibility is that IW will deny your access to multiplayer by banning your guid but i highly doubt that cause that never happened before.
also the chance is pretty low cause there will be hundreds/thousands of players using or joining boosted xp lobbies in the next couple of days!

they cant even say if you were the host or if you joined such a lobby

if they do something it would be resetting the stats, thats all

IWNet server log should state who was host. But of course they aren't gonna ban anyone because that would take a lot of work & time.

sure they log, but due to the amount of logins of millions of players its rather impossible to keep the data longer than a few days
