I can run BFBC2, MW2, COD4 all on High with no problems....
its not you, i am lagging too and my pc is good.

The engine was also poorly optimized for PC

go to your config_mp.cfg and set the multigpu to 0 if you only have 1 gpu
and multithread or multicore something (ctrl f for multi) to the amount of cores you have (which is defaulted to 1 core which no one is using nowadays)

Download master131's tool Its so helpful if ur laggin and for fps
master131s tool is useless
Indeed, all it apparently does is change the config. You really don't need, nor want an external tool to do that.
