I've seen this asked numerous times on the web and no-one seems to be able to accomplish anything, might it be possible for someone to code something?

You can also add sound and fx to make it realistic.
Also you can remove "if(self isHost())" if you want it for all players.

I understand the fx part (blood & deathanim) but what is unrealistic about the sound? I can't tell any difference... maybe it's just because I'm tired...
