Machinima turned most of the mw2 mods into private for some reason, I don't know why.

Extract the .iwd file with winrar or a similar program. Go to > maps > mp > gametypes, and find the file named "twar.gsc".
Rename "twar.gsc" to "war.gsc".

Launch the game with team deathmatch.
