today i was looking for a dedicated Server to play on lag free and found one, which was ranked! The earned Points were displayed yellow,i did level up and my kills/deads were counted into my stats.

Now the question is: How did the admin do that? Is there a tutorial somewhere?

There are some private hacks that do this. There is no way for you to do this.

Learn how does it all work and try. Once you learn, it's very easy (took me about 10 mins to make 1.3 ranked)

No Steam Master Servers found. Server will LAN visible only.

only get this cr**.. Trying for the 2th day >.<... copied Steam.dll, tried with a bunch of startparameters, nothing works to get it

Check in the server list if your server is in it. It prints that message even if it does work. If it doesn't show up try enabling DMZ on your router.

dll injection, exe edit. What ever "you" use. You didn't even do it.

Now I got Steam Master Servers found (2). Server will be Internet Server listed. but it is shown in-game in LAN not in the Internet..
