Only plugin that runs is the banner messages.
None of the other load

What runtime do I need.

What plugins are you using? You are probably using an outdated plugin like rcon plugin.

Maybe he didnt install 2010 c++ redistributable

@JariZ nah, you get this error when plugins aren't updated.

@ OP what plugins are you using? I think all plugins except @iAegle's plugins are updated.

Can't update them because the addon.dll is not the correct .net version for some reason, If I change the version to 3.0 and add the (downloaded from nukems site) addon.dll it gives me an error that its not the right .net version?

Redownload the adon, delete the reference, then add it again.

He said you need to redownload it because there is a new updater. Redownload from his website.

Redownloaded and installed Server Addon.

Plugins trying to use:
Badping/Pingplugin/Rules (v2)

Still error (so I am assuming plugins are oudated?)

Remove badping plugin it's outdated. @JariZ needs to update it.
