and what if someone rebound his chat key, for example my chatkey is enter

You would unbind everything and then rebind it to the server shit.

You can use "fast chat" like in previous cod WaW and bind them killstreaks, command or only chat thing. You can even rebuild fast chat to make your own admin tools for private match......

Easy to find code, raw dir and modtool can help you and relase section too, but need minimal moding skill
