[Release] !Saveme

As always there a some points where you get stuck in the Highjump servers.
Still i did not seen any "Saveme" command for that. So i will release this one:

Usage:
!saveme in chat will teleport to a random one of three locations ( !Saveme is NOT case-sensitive)

You can add a "timeout" before the actual teleport will take place.
You can also edit how many times a player can teleport for a map.
Config:

TimeBeforeTeleport=3
//default value is 3 seconds
TeleportRequests=0
//default value is 0. 0 means that the player can teleport unlimited times
MaxFallSpeed=10000
//default value is 10000. This option teleports the player if he have a higher fallspeed than this value.
//Usefull to teleport automatically when poeple are falling endless through the map
//Set this option to 0 if you want this to be deactivated

Only one thing i have to say about it, you should add a limit to how many times the command can be used, like 2 or 3 times, should be more than enough to keep most of the people going

Updated the Plugin.
I still do not know how i can correctly remove Entrys from a Dictionary XD

Added also a Message when a players orders a teleport that he will get teleported in X seconds.
