try to delete mp_playlists_dlc2.ff or sth like this and verify cache

Had the same problem, try to use your old exe, or one you can
find. Can you play without lib.?

try to rename iw4mp.exe.old to iw4mp.exe and rename the exe u currently are using to iw4mptest.exe , if doesnt work reverse what u did

should be in mw2 folder, program files/steam/steamapps/common/mw2

ive done all this more then once now i have no idea
