But stucks at converting tga or something when I convert little pics, works perfect with backgrounds Sad

Tbh, I don't see the need for png, jpg.

I use paint.net which has native support for DDS and you can hard set to any of the DDS internal formats as well as disable mipmaps.

Smile mad , also guys i'd say its best to use dds or tga when making your iwi's , jpeg's & png's can do funny things when you convert them.

my win is windows 7 - 64 bit and up to dated...

0x7b is normally when it loads a DLL that is not the correct bit (32/64) to the one it wants.

did you download any DLL's ?

for the record:
u can also use nVIDIA photoshop addon plugin to edit dds files
