Plz Help! Installing weapon mods.

how do I install mods like se7en_u's cod4 gun mod because if I put it in the mods folder it doesn't work.

Which error? Tell more.
EDIT: It's just model/weapon. You need to include it to mod.csv and precacheitem in gsc.
